Internal Quality Control Standards

Our quality control team, consisting of 19 members, enforces a rigorous

three-step process: incoming material quality control, assembly process quality control, and final quality control.

1. Incoming Material Quality Control

Raw materials are meticulously tested and evaluated using advanced instruments to ensure they meet design and quality standards. Only approved materials enter the production process.

2. Assembly Process Quality Control

o Component Inspection: Each component is inspected before assembly to ensure no defects or damage.
o Assembly Procedures: Standard operating procedures (SOP) are strictly followed during assembly to meet quality requirements.
o Process Monitoring: A monitoring system tracks and records key assembly parameters in real time, ensuring consistency and accuracy.

3. Final Quality Control

After assembly, each vehicle undergoes stringent final quality checks:
o 165+ Inspections: Covering all aspects, including mechanical structure, electronic systems, and safety features, ensuring every part meets the specified standards.
o Riding Test: Simulates real-world conditions, including various terrains and slopes, to validate performance and stability.
